Bold and Beautiful Penelope Cruz once again acted in a nude scene in Italian movie Venuto al Mondo, meaning Twice Born.With her co star Emile Hirsch in a topless romantic scene. Emile is acting as Penelope's husband. Sergio Castellitto is the director of the film in which Penelope Cruz (38) acted as a single mother who takes her teenage son to Sarajevo, where his father died in the Bosnian war 16 years before.
The director said the topless scene would be shown in a flash back and it was shot as demanded by the scene.
